I tried a Jamaica sim card in it to make sure it is unlock and it is. Phone, battery, battery cover, USB charger, manual, box, new hybrid case included.

I had one that I had connected with metrics and calls and message worked fine but the internet would stop working when ever I make a call and I had to keep manually reconnecting it and it kept stop working tho so I stop using it and sold it and bought a metrics brand phone.
